What hosts ask first.

Are refillable dispensers sanitary for guests?

Yes, and they're easier to keep clean than pumps. Our wall dispensers are gravity fed, so product dispenses from the bottom and no residue builds up at the top of the unit. The design simply doesn't need much cleaning attention.

How do the shower dispensers mount?

They're designed to mount with adhesive on a clean, dry surface. Depending on your wall material, you can also drill-mount them into the shower.

How should the towels be laundered?

We recommend a fragrance-free, allergy-free combination of detergent, softener and dryer sheets. Tide Free and Downy Free have worked consistently well in our houses.
